Guided breathing techniques such as Mindfulness can minimize the clutter in the mind, exhaustion and depletion, benefitting your body. Tension relief with gentle massage techniques over your back, shoulders, hands and feet can help release and loosen layers of tight tissue.The use of organic oils and plant extracts – Aromatherapy- not only soothes and makes the tension release a lot more effective, it also energises our spirit and helps with our breathing.
Foot massage combined with specific gentle stretching and pressure over soles, ankles and arches - Reflexology - can relieve physical conditions of the feet as well as the fatigue, circulation and the challenges of being ill. Our therapeutic environment has been established to ensure that your situation has been assessed carefully before any or the best combination and sequence of body therapy is carried out.
