To make it easy for you we have two options to register:

Option One:

Automatic Payment: Set up a recurring automatic payment to the level of sponsorship you prefer.

Please select either the $500, $250 or $100 option to join with your chosen package.

Please use your name as a reference and email us at admin@hospicewairarapa.co.nz so we can connect with you to recognise the support from you and your business publicly.

Option Two:

Debit/credit card or Google Pay: Use the form below to register and pay directly via your debit/credit card or Google Pay.

Please select either the $500, $250 or $100 option to join with your chosen package.
